I agree they have far too much. I think the working parents often substitute their time with technology gifts! I give them a bag of hula hoops to eat in the car on the way home...chocolate makes sooo much mess! One has a drink of juice, the other turns his nose up so he gets naught! I give £20 at Christmas & birthday which is very small fry compared to what others give but that's a lot for me to find especially as they're both on the same day in August. September there is my son, grandson & daughter = £60. I don't know why so much is measured by money these days...most of us had to be content with very little when we were growing up. My two did as well.
