Slendertone rocks - i went to the website last night to buy some replacement pads and ended up buying the shorts as well - i already got the system abs and arms - i love it!

Takes longer then a week hun...try 4 - 8. I'm on about week 6 and I can see difference.....the abs are getting tighter.

think its gonna be much much longer before i notice any change, i just want to feel like im doing something on those days when i cant be bothered to physically do my crunches
