Old Points

Could anyone tell me if the WW ready meals which have the pro points would be the same points value on the old WW plan.
I did the old plan once before and did really well, I think the pro points seems confusing.
Thing is I am having a complete kitchen refit which starts in about a month which means no oven only a micowave for a couple of months.

The meals have new propoints on them,but if you have the old calculator you can work out the old points eg beef lasange :7 propoints but 4 1/2 on old plan x
