Old SWITCH cookbooks

I've been having a look through all my cookbooks and found some from the old switch plan, now there are some recipes in there both for points and no count. So are the no count ones pretty much free on simply filling....???

Soooo happy if they are....there's loads of ideas in there

I can't remember the Switch plan, but if you just compare the foods from the recipes with the HF list, you can see what's free
