omega-3 fish oil

im taking 3 a day omega-3 oil 1000mg each, where do i find syns for them, shall i count 3 syns....any advice pls x had full hysterectomy so need to take them every day x

I take a daily 1000mg starflower oil capsule. I looked these up on the sw website and they said 1/2 syn each. Although if I remember rightly it also said as these were being taken for health reasons you didn't have to syn them the choice was yours. I will try and find the article again to confirm this.

1000mg is equivalent to half a teaspoon, and half a teaspoon of any oil is 1 syn, so 3 syns per day, mate
