I've just gone to take my supplements and realised I've never asked the doc about the Omega 3 capsule I take. It is 1000mg dose, which I imagine is 1 gram of fat. This seems OK in quantity, but my questions are:- Should I continue taking it and, if so, will the Xenical block the oil entering my body, rendering the capsule only 2/3 effective?

That is a very good question

I have no idea, but hopefully someone who might will be along shortly who knows, as I would be interested in the answer.

In all honesty I don't know. I would assume not though, as even though its 1g of fat, more often than not it is the percentage of fat that can cause a side effect, and while omega 3s ( and 6s) are good healthy oils, Xenical treats all fats the same:(
