HI everyone, I was very excited to see this bit on minis! I'm a seriel dieter I have tried everything including the mindful eating hypnosis routes. I have now accepted that me and bad carbs are a problem. As long as I'm eating in a way that causes insulin spikes I'll never lose weight. Also I really want to have a bit more energy.

I've just finished reading the primal blueprint and oh my god I loved it, what an eye opener.
So here goes, day one today. I'll have a nosy around for some recipie ideas later.

Just wanted to say hi, and ask a couple of questions.

Are u taking supplements, I was thinking of taking omega 3 to begin with, maybe some CoQ10 later on when I've done more research.

Is olive and rapeseed oil ok

Is coconut milk the one in the carton or tin or are both ok

Where can I buy nut butters
