OMFG why did i eat them


i just used 12 grams of carbs on a packet of crisps

cant believe i've done it ..........never been near a pack in 3 weeks , i used to eat up to 4 packs a day but never missed then till now

todays menu

brekkie .....roast beef

lunch ...king prawns with garlic mayo

tea .........gammon steak with 2 fried eggs

snacks ......2 mini peparami

then the dreaded crisps

and i know .........no leafy greens ...sorry jim ............i do usually have a green salad every day or veg , just today has been one of those days

technically i do have enough carbs to account for the crisps don't i ????

will they knock me out of ketosis ?????

and by the way they were NOT worth it , i feel sick now :cry:

No idea as to whether or not they might knock you out of ketosis but you didn't exactly go crazy so don't worry. Just carry on as normal.

This is a plan for life, not just until you lose X amount of weight. Don't beat yourself up for being human! There are far worse things you could have eaten than 12g of crisp carbs.
