Thank you all sooooo much would not have got through Sat if I had not logged on here - gonna start putting lard in his shakes if he keeps dropping more than me lol only kidding he has been a brick for me, he really does not need to do this diet but for moral support he joined me - better than a bunch of roses!!!!!
