I lost 2lb this week, I had 3 days off Lipotrim because I went the national sat, I drank from 10am until 10pm I ate A pork and stuffin baguette, plus hotpot then i was so ruff the next day i had a cooked brekie a cram egg and 2 pieces of cheese on toast.
then Mon i had 2 pieces cheese on toast and pasta

AND LOST? I dont get it!!

Been 100% since Tue - but then nibbled today y am i doing this I was soooo determained week 1 and 2 its not fair!
 
You're putting far far less into your body each day on the shakes....you're probs gonna lose no matter what....BUT.....it'll take hella longer.
 
get back on it, you can do it and it will be soooo worth it! find something to distract you when you feel the need to eat, even if it means leaving the house to get away from it! good luck x
