Omg just done a full week of menus for ee

Hi all :D

Could someone check if these are ok for a weekly meal on ee as ive decided now im not bothered if gain tonight as im looking forward to eat these this week

FRIDAY
B = omlette tom mushrooms bacon with milk (HexB)
L = ham new pot onions mayo with mustard with salad
D = Lean Meat homemade roasties loads of veg
S = Melon Muller light and hifi Bar (HexB)

SATURDAY
B= bacon egg saus (syns) mush beans crackerbread (hexB)
L = Jacket tuna sweetcorn mayo
T = Chilli beef with rice cheese (hexA)
S banana yoghurt pineapple

SUNDAY
B = fruit
L = Burger with cheese and bun (hexa+B)
D = Gammon homemade chips peas tom
S = melon banana

MONDAY
B = eggs beans bread (HexB)
L = pasta bacon mushroom cheese (HexA)
D = beef chilli with jacet
S = fruit

TUESDAY
B = cereal (syns) milk (HexA)
L = BLT (HexB) salad
D = speg bolo or speg carbonara
S = fruit yoghurt

WEDNESDAY
B = omlette bacon beans
L = pasta n sauce with sweetcorn (hexA)
D = Lean meat veg and sw roasties
S = Hifi bar (HexB) fruit

THURSDAY
B = Cereal milk (hexa)
L = Sandwich and salad (HexB)
D = low fat supernoodles
S = fruit yoghurt ( wi night not having loads on this day)

Looks ok to me. Have you thought about using a spoon full of LF fromage frais instead of milk in your omelette? That would free up your Hex A for something else if you wanted, like adding cheese to your omelette. That's how I make mine and I think it actually tastes better that way too.

You don't seem to have many syns, you should use some of your syns. If not in your cooking, treat yourself to a bag of crisps or a little bar of chocolate.

On your last day you have cereal down for breakfast but only count your HeX A for the milk. Are you synning the actual cereal?

Looks fine to me but I think you should perhaps have more veg. Loads is good!

I agree with Ninja, you need to have syns!
Just enjoy them..
I normally use most of mine on alcohol but you can syn on whatever you like!

No i forgot to mention at the end i will do syns daily and as for milk with omlette that was just a drink of milk not to put in omlette but now you mentioned cheese i will defo add in omlette instead as milk as i was stuck for hex a that day hehehe but oh go noo i love veg and that will be added on daily basis but just as long its okies im happy and thanks again girls :D

I've put some notes but mostly looks mostly fine but watch for hidden syns. maybe that's why you've been slow and steady...you've possibly been missing some syns and not realising? As the others say some more veges would be good, especially some speed ones. Good luck.

awww cheers chuffy yes ive not put syns down as a whole cos i no mayo and sauce and stuff are syns and couldnt be bothered to look for them while typing this out hehehe but yes defo adding veg all depends what on the day and also defo syning all the hidden stuff, i just thought the menus were long enough heheh cheers hun

are you having the full amount for you hex,because you have to have what the book states eg 350 ml skimmed milk is a hea so you have to have that much otherwise syn it?

also have you tried pasta and sauce made with just water,i never put milk in mine and cant tell the differance
