I know!!! Its strange when you think about what you used to eat so easily and now you realise how many syns they are you wouldnt dream of doing it now!!

Oh my how many in a tub, about 25ish?? So I would scoff 2375cals whilst deciding what to have for dinner!

Oh my thats 1.5 days worth of food right there, my goodness me, MY GOODNESS ME!

Someone just gave me a tub at work, I have just given them away.

Gosh that does put things in perspective!! I have just baked some white chocolate muffins for my dad...they smell absolutely amazing and look it too!! However as there is no packaging....does this mean there is no calories?! Just kidding...i have weigh in in a few hours so there is no way i will have one before then!! Might have one as a treat afterwards though xx

Well Done on giving them away ! I made cakes last week with my daughter and would normally have scoffed them, but gave some of them away. I would never have dreamt of that before SW.
