Day 2 and it was sooo hard! Makes me all the more determined to stick to it this time... Tried twice and each time failed at 10 days due to excuses... Family visiting, travelling.. Etc... Well this is a kick up the booty... I need to remember how hard it is to get into ketosis in these first few days... I will stick with it!!!

yay!! well done!! I am also day 2 and found it harder today than yesterday but still did it - even managed to bake a victoria sponge! Like you i have had a few false starts too! Heres to the next few weeks absolutely flying by for both of us.... as it starts coming off its easier to stick to it I find xx

Stick with it as it is SO worth it. I'm now on day 6 and it gets so much easier and I went for a weigh in and had lost 8lbs so it HAS to worth it. Just think how fantastic you will feel, how fantastic you will look and how proud you will be of yourself. Keep going as tomorrow should be the last hard day. Am sending you LOTS of good luck. xx

Thanks guys... I am very positive this time... No more excuses!!! I'm taking one day at a time and 1lb at a time... 28 to go.... Good luck everyone!
