Omg what have i done

    I done something so stupid and since Wednesday I hadn't kept to the plan, I have done more exercise but I feel like I'm putting back on, I see all people on here losing weight every week and I don't think I can do that I have already put half pound on, I know it's my own fault this week but I don't know wat to do.

    Use the diary here to talk about why you went off plan and maybe people can contribute and offer support. It sometimes takes a bit of time to get into the swing of it. I started back in may but had a bad second week and didn't pick it up again until late July/early August and have gone on to lose over 3st. Don't be too hard on yourself, it will come and when it does the motivation that losing steadily gives you will spur you on!! Your stats are very encouraging and you have done so well so far!!

    You pick yourself, you dust yourself down and you begin again :)

    We all do something "stupid" at times and for some of us that will mean that we sabotage ourselves and our goals (I suppose we're beating ourselves up for whatever "stupid" thing we did?). Time to forgive yourself this blip, I think. :)

    I'm new here and I can see just how fantastic your weight loss has been to date: well done!!!

    You've had a bad couple of days, now get back on your horse: you know you can do it :bighug:
