hi all, last day off week one and i was thinking of having an ommlette for dinner. think it light enought to have night before WI. how do you all make yours??

im thinking 2 eggs, maybe 1 rasher bacon(no fat), onion, red pepper, maybe some brocolli.......but my big questions is what is the best cheese to have. we just have normal cheddar cheese. is this ok and how much should i grate into it?

cheedars fine...CS normally reccomends around 30g of cheese. and iy you do grate it it'll go alot further!
