My 30th birthday is eight weeks tomorrow!!!! Ekkk!!! I'm currently 15 stone 9 3/4lbs double ekkk!!! I'm on a mission to lose 2 stone in the next 8 weeks, I know it's ambitious!! But I'm focused!!! And plus I have a dress to get into!!! Who wants to join me?? My weigh in days are Tuesday's!! Let's do this!!! Woooo!!! :) xxx

Good luck with your mission!!

I just got engaged and the rings a bit small so I'm aiming to lose as much as poss for Xmas so I can finally wear it :)

I weigh in wed eve have been off plan for few weeks this my 2nd day of 100% and so motivated so we can do this :D

Hiya, better than I though. Only put 1.5lbs on, considering Friday I had put 7lbs on I did well to recover Mon - wed. 4th day of 100% now and going well but nearly weekend eek my downfall!!

How's your week going?

I'm doing well! Been 100% since Sunday, really want to lose 4lbs on Tuesday, to get to my first stone off!! Weekends are evil, weeklies are a god send though!! I have a fish supper every Friday night using my weeklies!!! Yum!! 1.5lb is a great turn around, I think the 70/30 rule is a great one!! Xx

yes weeklies are great as I sat and ate a pack of short bread last night 12pp (not too bad but they are a £1 shop buy so tiny!)

Whats the 70/30 rule???? Is that like a your good for 5 out of 7 days kinds thing. Im trying my hardest to stick to plan 100% this week I have tracked everything so far but tomorrow im in work very early for a loooong day and the big boss has put a breakfast buffet on of bacon buns, muffins etc (we are a french company so u can imagine what its gunna be!!) Not sure how I will point it but will try my best!

Not sure on the fish supper have to wait for Jessica for that one sorry x

70/30- when you are good most of the time and more relaxed the rest of the time! Dunno if I have the self control to be, just relaxed, I'm an all or nothing kinda girl!
How did you get on with the buffet breakfast?
The dreaded weekend is here! Although on the plus side I stay in bed longer so less opportunity to eat!! Getting my teeth whitened on Thursday, so excited! Investing in myself for a change! :) x

I may have to nick that rule for today and tomorrows lunch.....

I had a bacon bun (brown bread tho...), fresh orange juice, egg may sandwich, mcflury - dairy milk well it was about 30c!!!

Didnt do too well with tea either but it was a sainsburys BGTY curry and not full fat to limit the damage! Off to see a friend tomorrow and havent seen her in ages so im sure we will be having an off plan lunch as we are looking at brides/wedding mags :D so so excited!!!

Haha yes thats true although I always end up eating a bit breakfast sunday morn blowing a big part of my pp's. Heres hoping we can do well this weekend and not make too many bad choices with food x

In the the words of Bob the Builder 'YES WE CAN' lol they are crossed for u :)

I want to aim for about 6 stone but I want to see how I look as I lose it. If I get to 5 stone and I am happy with my dress size, eating habbits and feel good about myself then I will stop there and try to maintain. I have always been quite heavy what ever my size at a size 10-12 I still weighed nearlly 12 stone!

Me too, check out my skinny photo, I was 11 stone in that picture, size 10 and 5'4, so still over weight!!! Lol

Its a strange thing the human body n I just don't think we can put everyone into a certain healthy weight we are all to different now. Is that your pic to spur you on? You look far from over weight there that's for sure! x

A lot younger in the other one, and I need to be able to maintain and still enjoy life!!!

Ooo go you :D well done!

Totally blown it with curry, bbq and chicken fajita's :( getting my exercise bike out to help some of damage!

How did you manage 100% over the weekend, any tips?? I'm terrible and give in too easily x

Ooo tips I dunno. I think it's a case of organising your weekend in advance, if I'm going out for a meal, I'll have a 0 or low point brekkie, and just order carefully!! Defo think you have to be in the right head space for any form of diet though! How did you get on today? Xx

Much better today thank you. It all kinda fell apart sat as I don't really know the bbq and Indian would happen :( but I'm back on it n got the exercise bike out lol!!

Hows your day going, its your weigh in day tomorrow?
