on Cambridge for few weeks

    Hi everyone

    I lost 4.5st on LL in 2007 and have put on 1 st or so but still quite happy but want to lose a bit so am doing cambridge diet for 3 weeks or so.

    First day was hard but expected that but as soon as I was in ketosis on day 4 I was fine.. HOwever now on day 7 and feeling down as weekend and cant eat or drink and as we are being careful with money as bought house not spending money....AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH

    Sorry needed to rant my fiance is being great but finding it hard today!!!

    Well done on the fab 4.5 stone loss! Sounds like you're determined, so you'll make light work of the pesky stone.

    Oooo it has been years since i did cambridge and it was really hard and very expensive but hopefully it will help you loose what you need.

    Just remember that it is only temporary and three weeks ain't long and the weight loss will be so worth it.
