i think thats the best way fatboy, people worry too much about numbers on the scales or clothe size (myself included lol) but i do think it depends how you feel at a certain weight! good luck im sure you'll do it for november, do you have a diary on here hun?

Yes, I think the charts for so called "ideal" weight and bmi are flawed, as well as the recommended daily calorie in-take.

I'm doing good thanks, you? lost track on what day im on lol but have lost 16lbs so far, started it on the 25th of July.

not felt hungry at all today, cant really be bothered to have my shakes, i love it when it gets to this point where when i have a shake i get completley full. amazing feeling.
