I am on day 5 and was under the impression that you are not allowed any food at all, that this might interfere with getting into ketosis. If you are hungry I would suggest gulping more water and drinking herbal teas. For me day 3 and 4 were the worst but am deffo in ketosis today and dont feel hungry at all, even forgot about my brekkie shake!!!

Just hang in there and you'll be fine!!

hey - I'm on day 3 too and I must admit I'm starting to feel a little funny.... no food cravings just a little floaty!
Def stay on SS and don't add chicken!! The cravings should pass... and you'll see the results in your first weigh in! :cool:
My CDC said to either do one or the other .. SS or SS+ (where you can have a 200 kcal meal) and not to mix them up.
Try loads of water first like everyone says before giving in!
