I am on day 5 and was under the impression that you are not allowed any food at all, that this might interfere with getting into ketosis. If you are hungry I would suggest gulping more water and drinking herbal teas. For me day 3 and 4 were the worst but am deffo in ketosis today and dont feel hungry at all, even forgot about my brekkie shake!!!
Just hang in there and you'll be fine!!
