I have nearly made it through the first week . Things have gone surprisingly well, i haven't cheated at all and i haven't been very hungry. I was feeling a little low on day 4 and had a lil cry :cry: to bf on the phones because i really wanted some good food.
I am nervous about tomorrows weigh-in. I have a feeling that i have only lost a little weight, prob about 4 lbs. I know its still weightloss but i would really like to have lost 7+ lbs in week 1, just so i know that the diet is working and its worth having no food.
Also i know i will weigh more oth my CDCs scales because i get weighed at about 8pm in the evening and i always weigh more atthat time (i'm about 1-2 lbs lighter in the evening). I'm also confused about my weight loss because i weigh less on my scales at home (in underwear and no shoes) than on counsellors scales (clothed-obviously, lol and light flats) . I guess all the nerves are getting to me and i'm just getting worried about a trillion things.
Does anyone have any tips on how to lose more weight? I am not going start any exercise until week 3ish but i am walking alot at the mo. Will more exercise help you lose more weight ?? :tear_drop: I'm also trying to drink at least 4 litres of water a day.
I'm a bit low today because i am having problems with sorting out univeristy and i wish i could just eat something nice to make myself feel better. But i wont give in!!!
