i have just had my first ever Dr Pepper Zero, wow how did I ever miss that drink before, scrummy, it will become my new addiction, after all, whats the worst that could happen? lol

OK - can I now just say "I told you so"!!!!! For years I have been extolling the virtues of the God of Drinks that is Dr Pepper, but would anyone in the family ever listen to me, I think not!!!!! Welcome to the wonderful world of the God Dr!!!!

13lbs! Blimey! I'm only weighing in once a week and I'm both dreading and looking forward to it. Really resisting the daily weigh in as it seems to make a lot of people despondent. Keep it up, sounds like you're doing brilliantly!
