That looks like a heap of cauli love! Wow! To me anyway.

You have to go get spring greens, if you like cabbage you'll love them, not like spinach and so yummy .....I must get more, miss mine.

Mmm too much hey? But I never had any salad at lunchtime does this count?

Anyway went to Indian corner shop for kale, the man couldn't understand me, either he hadn't heard of kale or it was my accent. :D

I bought 2 bunches of spinach for a quid, should I have one bunch or less than that? It was the normal kind not the baby leaves. Also bought a celericac but I haven't a clue what to do with it!!!! :eek:
 
make chips !!
peel it, slice into chips/fries depends on where you live
and fry them,then dip them into egg......:drool:

some people bake their chips too,don't know if they
come out crispier or not,fried mine and they were a bit
on the soggy side,but looked nice.

haha,it's actually not bad to peel honest.
you can cut it like a potato and make it into chips
then fry it either deep or shallow,or you can bake them,
i've not tried baking,so i don't know how long they would take
i just fried mine.
list of things that we can have is many really
chicken and vegi chips
cheese chips
steak and chips
sozzie egg and chips
meatballs and cheesie chips
veggie bake and chips
piccies please when your done. :D
 
I chopped mine, parboiled and made mash with bit of butter and cream, strange flavour, bit like celery but enjoyed it :)

Sure you can mash it or blitz it, boil in cream and butter....I think?mim sure I made a dauphinoise with it once .
 
Wow you guys are really creative with the celeriac. I'm going to try the chips. I made the cauli mash from the 'I breathe, I'm hungry' blog and it was really rich and fab. x

Bit fed up to be honest, lost nothing AGAIN, yes I know it's the red wine but I still lost on WW last year doing the same. :cry:

I made the celeriac chips yesterday with egg......not too keen. :eek:

And I made my gingerbread MiM's today and it's that soggy it hasn't even cooked after an hour in the oven, it smells pretty good but it has the texture of cake mix. :( I think I have put way too much liquid in.

I am REALLY missing some carby food like bread and chocolate, so am thinking of something............don't know what?

Low carb? Back onto WW? Do SOME exercise at least? Decisions, decisions........:sigh:
