its odd I think cause either i fell asleep after i munched on my third meal and then all that liquid it just made me feel very like full liquid and felt it coming back up ...yikes but now that had my 4th meal lol do feel better started going down again.

I think i try my best to split meals up ..... normally I set everything up like when I wake up at 6 or 7am eat first meal, 10 my second, third at 1pm, and 4pm 4th and my new late night meal norm seems at 8 lol


but i try keep it split up lool
 
oh talking about past low carb baking.. I use to be hooked to frying chicken and having it with sauteed onions and peppers or another time I would make from this brand

carbquik mix it would be loaded with fiber and like me and fiber that high if I ate it at night I have trouble actually going fiber binds me up oddly.
heres that stuff Tova Industries Carbquik Bake Mix

I would make biscuits and pancakes from it.. but enjoyed the biscuits took the mix a little water some garlic powder and cayenne for bit spice and wow loved how they rised and yummy they came out. Higher fat like but full fiber like 2 net carbs and good amount protein. Capture.JPG

now oddly i'm thinking about my memories that a high fat low carb plan well for me was always more moderate lol

use to buy these black soy beans which lowest in carb only 1 gram high fiber like 7 carbs 6 grams fiber lol and 1 net carb . Would take them and make that alternative flour like instead being just plain black beans i used them since they didn't taste odd and when all done you would never know .. would take them and make black bean brownie, well black soy bean brownie. with that I did make it lower fat tho it recalls for oil but I didn't think makes diff. I would take the one can blend it up till smooth like with some water 1/4 cup or as much till not soup lol but like smooth and creamy then add splenda, and cocoa powder and blend up till super rich chocolately mixture. Then pour into a pan and let cook. Takes longer then normal mix with flour but after its done it will be nice and perfect like a regular brownie. I'd slice a huge piece and add some fresh whipped heavy cream :) was like decadent and super rich .

Ohh wow thanks for the link. That carb quick thing looks good. I usually use almond flour as part of my mixture. That brownie thing sounds really nice. I so wana try that out. Mmm your so creative!! Xx

I do feel better like now digesting is running again probably had to eat and now don't feel oddly like stuffed with liquid lol:) I always think aslo could be cause its well diet cola caffeine free sodium free but its just the bubbly stuff might cause the issue for being so like over filled with liquid lol.

However I just feel maybe if tomorrow turns out bad that it might be time for a change I don't mind eating alot but I guess I do wish I could have some fun in trying new things maybe if I can call it the think about spoiling my self with like bubble baths or doing my nails etc. and instead thinking about food and enjoy stuff I use to love as a kid with carbs or do low carb fatty things but I think thats where i get lost it taste so good and I just want more and more and more.

lol like if I was eating somethign sugary sweet and can't stop, however, its the low carb foods i want to keep eating nonstop lol. haha

I do crave tho now butter in some way and cheese lol haha.

or a banana dunk in peanut butter or baked apple lol sorry just got food on the mind lol

Aww thanks hun, that took hard work and hunger haha. Lol. I drink one can of diet cola a day!! Its my treat lol.

If tomorrow turns out bad which i no it wont. What will ur plan be? I love fatty cuts of meat, it dont fill me up but it makes me lose more haha.

oh that sounds yummy love some eggs with cheese and oo maybe some bacon lol haha .. I'm thinking maybe if tomorrow I feel uncertain I may either do well I wanted to try to get to a point of maybe enjoying any thing and everything but TO me thats wishing to have any thing in any size lol haha. Like a box mini donuts, or a plate full of onion rings lol..

But I know one thing if its sweet I really don't enjoy as much so little goes a long way. hmm but then I think the main thing that creates me to want more is fat.
the taste of a rich fatty like peanut butter, or ribs or egg yolks lol or something like butter or anything lol just gets me wanting it more..

to me I can probably enjoy 1 apple and if it was fat I probably could enjoy a huge bar chocolate lol


but i was thinking maybe making it something that is maybe well I do need to finish these low carb wraps they tend to be so salty tho and fiber not great for me get bloated and constipated but I figure maybe pair something with them to sortof reduce blood sugar rush.

fiber sortof slows the fast pace of high carb sugary items
same with fat lol

so maybe well either if tomorrow doesn't work out thinking stick to low carb and do more of calorie count and fattier or different variety of low carb foods instead just lean

or if it does work out stay

or change to a diet totaly diff with carbs lol ..

guess still unsure which path to take lol.

I think I will plan tho instead of cooking my treat before bed tonight . so it might show no gain tomorrow if thats the cause eating and going to bed lol right after, thinking about having it earlier like in the next hour that way I'm not falling asleep right after and ending up not digesting well. lol

ok to the plan eating hour ahead making it now so be same as dinner ends night with

bf- 1 breast 2 eggs
lunch- 2 breasts
snk- 1 breast 2 eggs
dinner - 3 eggs 1 breast
dessert same 3eggs 1 breast
6breasts and 10 egg day lol actualy prob same as on the 15th lol maybe not more then was thinking

can tell no more bloated look

my change guess on hold lol keeping it lean, did notice to not drink soda as last drink . and ended up not bloated from of it
 
I figure even tho I do crave to try something different, that maybe something on a fattier side lol. I'm ok to hold off since I have so much chicken breast to use up and eggs, I rather they be atleast half way done or all the way before switching.

I wish I could introduce like fat lol haha. keep same calorie count and add peanut butter lol, but that be a big no no. Or some really yummy cheese which is allowed yet fattier types lol. or if instead a veggie maybe avocados, or able to keep it meat but enjoy skin on choices or maybe eat more skinless boneless chicken thighs, which do love to roast up alot. howeveer the fat is more on them and I love the fatty greasy oil it creates, haha.

However, I think since I really couldn't decide I figure I struggle and stay lean cause its starting to look up

think been 5 days or so like 1 pound down half up and now half and possibly a quater pound so like maybe total as of today 1.25 pound loss lol

Well not bad, maybe my thing is I need to do just that it seems if I don't go to bed right after eating or drink soda as well at night before bed, I don't feel unable to digest, and feel bloated and heavier in the morning.

So when I had my last before bed meal I had my 3 eggs and chicken breast and I am seasoning alot more not a pinch either lol, but I notice after that I stayed up possible 10:30 instead falling right to bed and slept so much better and was lighter, guess gave enough time to digest as well from having the eveing meal at 7pm instead of 8pm.
 
Wow. Well done on The Scale moving down. Hi fat no carb is not a bad idea. Why don't you try alternative days? 1 Day lean meats, next day
Fatty meats and see how u get on.

Tho I do think I just need variety so maybe add cottage cheese r something to giver the dry meal a creamy flavor r some low fat cheese. But oddly in way still just wish could move to eat all like with peanut butter lol. U know never did have that hot cocoa maybe if chose something diff or get turkey bacon again which add crunch a diff salty crunch texture then my appetite may be so for staying. Lol. Honestly its odd in morning the meat thing turns me off but during the day I don't mind eating chciken n eggs lol. Oddly even the salt substitute is starting remind me of parmesan cheese lol. Maybe either I try finishing up and go to meat with more fat, be cool if it still be all you can eat lol like adapt my body to it.

Hey Hun. Im good today thanks. Since you need some variety in your food why not try some pork or beef or lamb they've got quite a bit of fat on them, or how about more eggs? I'm currently baking whole chicken in the oven with loads of spices and it has Steakhouse seasoning on it, I kept the skin on too. I will be eating that throughout the day. If you do decide to change your diet you could try mozzarella cheese in Almond flour and deep fry and it's still all carb. I think you're maybe just bored for choices and need to experiment more. Making some chicken breast up lol prob do same as yesterday lol. I think one reason I am iffy on this plan is I am having horribble cramps and I go its I am running into the bathroom when eating or out at the store its just painful. But atleast not constipated but the pain at night while sleeping r during day is orrible

true I should branch out a bit then my mouth wont be so bored lol :) of the same flavor.

:) i guess the only real other reason its hard to leave is, because i love to eat as much and much I like lol not weighing food or counting numbers lol

Yeaa branching out is good hunni, id get bored on the same foods. If u have variety then no way will u be bored. Go online and try new stuff. How about spicy cheese omlette on top of seared chicken chicken slices or as u said turkey bacon. Wrap bacon around chicken breasts and enjoy with good cottage cheese. Xx

If the cramps are still there then u need something new in your diet like maybe yoghurt

finally internets back lol haha figure update my pic lol :) ..

True that would be delicious some tasty things like that, but I guess my only fear is overdoing the fat. I mean I could tempt it by adding in additional eggs or trying to not trim my chicken breast leaving a piece of the so called fat on the meat as well. lol:)

However, I would love to try to add maybe actual cheese but I was avoiding salt tho try adding like real fatty cheese or, a little more carbs I have this vegan protein mix high protein full vitamins maybe make something like that lol.. I know was keeping it low but wonder if up either fat or carbs would be bad.


True like I just ate and my gut is in pain, it seems like either the more food I eat or the no food I eat for a while then I'm running lol.

I thinking tho about that bacon idea, I use to in the past before I ended this diet that try it with turkey bacon, its got bit more fat then having lean chicken breast, even if I try for like you said pork and steak maybe. or keeping instead going for ground turkey 99% fat free go for the fattier type 93% fat free

true I should try to branch out I mean I keep thinking maybe I have to be the lowest fat and even having more eggs I get worried but so far having 10 and I know in the book they really say 2 and total 4 yolks a week, which I wouldn't be able to do.

So having more fat may not be a problem.
 
But you know what, not having something like now that bordeom is kicking in..I"m so craving things I don't mind to much for but rich fatty items like donuts, candy bars, cupcakes loaded with toppings lol. I wish that was a diet lol haha eat all you like which may be hard caue for me after one I sortof not enjoy that sweetness as much. However, make it a plate of sausage I'll eat it all lol
