on refeed and gaining weight...

I'm very worried as i only did lt for two weeks and lost 15lbs...i started the refeed on Tuesday and have been very careful to follow it exactly but have gained 3lbs already....this is not good as i'm only having two shakes and a little protein meal with a salad...i'm scared that it's all going to pile on as quick as i lost it...i joine slimming world this week and havn't even started their plan yet as i wanted to refeed first...i'm dreading going back after my 1st week to have gained weight...anyone know what is going on??

Seems very strange indeed......wish I had the answer. If you are following refeed I dont understand why you are putting on.
Can you think of anything that might affect your; TOTM, water retention (have you been drinking enough)?, any hormone imbalance?

It certainly isnt fat you have put on, because you are just not eating enough for that to occur. I reckon this is water, but it doesnt help when the scales say a gain..

How did you weigh yourself? On your own scales? Did you weigh yourself on your own scales after your last weigh in at the pharmacy and were the identical? It could be your scales...oh, the amount in the past I have jumped on the scales before a WI and the difference is quite scarey! Just a though if they are different, or if you have them on an uneven surface?

Try not to get to stressed, but I would email and find out. Can you remember what you have had? If so, write if all down and send it to them.
