On the SW website there is a review of other types of diets which (although obviously written from a SW viewpoint) is very interesting:

I'd never read that before and does make for interesting reading and my god none of those others diets seem at all appealing compaired to SW!

If you follow my link it will ask you to log on, and if you do, you should then be directed to the right page.

If that doesn't work for you, then log on in the usual way, and on the home page there is a big picture of the Hollywood sign and something about celebrity slimming - click on the picture and you should get there.

Obviously, after a while they will replace it with another main story, but even then you should be able to find it under Searchable Features
