I'm confused! Am I supposed to choose once or twice a day from HE a and b choices?
It's one a day of a HE A and HE B if you're following the Extra Easy plan. If you follow green or red days you can have 1 or 2 A choices (you can choose) and 2 B choices
Thank you I'm doing green so if I were to choose twice from b for cereal and then alpen bars then twice from a and have milk and then some cheese will the 2 a choices slow losses down?
I don't think it will slow losses, lots of people love and have had great losses on red and green, at the moment I've only ever tried EE so can't say from my own personal experience. I think experimenting with having one or two and see how that works for you, if you have 2 this week and gain, maybe try one? Alpen bars recipe has recently changed so the old 70 calorie ones can still be used as a healthy extra but the new 89 calorie ones can't be used because they are higher in calories and lower in fibre. I used to have alpens a lot

I only found out today about the Alpen bars, not happy as I eat them a lot
