ok so christmas actually went well and only put up a pound but since new years day has been AWFUL! have three days till weigh in :( anyway its my bday on sat and going for dinner fri nigh for it and tomorrow having meal in parents house so goal is get three good sessions of exercise in before weigh in AND as of saturday as a 23 year old start my new year afresh then!!!!


ive had an awful cold this week and to be honest just find it touugh to do anything. PLUS its soooooooo cold. :(

try not to worry and enjoy your birthday and set a realistic date to start. We knew we would have no excuse from the 4th so we have started being sensible since yesterday again. Happy Birthday for Saturday x
