l recommend low carb. Eat more protein and you'll feel satisfied. Use erythritol with greek yogurt and some berries for a sweet treat. lf you get into keto baking, it's easy to eat too much. Check out Jason Fung on youtube and dietdoctor.com (look at both low carb and high protein) , ketofitnessclub.com and eatlikeabear.com. l've found my sweet tooth is much reduced.
