One step closer....exciting and scary!!!!

Hi everyone, :bliss:

well i have finally gone and done it !!!
Ordered two bumper packs.....one for me and one for my amazing sister who is going to start the diet with me next Sunday.
I have a birthday party next Saturday....think it is best to get that out of the way first.
I am really excited to have made that first step.....but i am so scared that it will not work this time.

I am going to give this 110%....please work...please work...please work.
Think you all have got the idea of how desperate i am now after the last three diets resulting in either no weight loss or very little.

Right....i have had my moan now ladies...hope i have got it all out of my system.

Good for you! Try to forget about the last 3 chapters of the old book and embrace the beginning of the brand new story.
How fantastic that no only do you have the support of this place but you have the physical support and companionship of your sister too!
