One week in...

    eat less & move more!!
    and I'm feeling good! :D

    Have reduced portion size, and eating 'better' food.

    Must say, I think that Activia actually works, I feel alot less bloated than I normally do, have ran out now so will get some on way home from work.

    Trying not to weigh myself and let the waistbands do the talking!

    Hiya,looks a good plan :)I hate scales too they can be soul destroying,just going by well being,and lots of willpower :/

    Hi glad its going well for you ! :) I really need to stop weighing myself so much . But I just cant seem to resist the temptation !

    Hiya,
    It's really hard to stop weighing every day when you've got into the habit. Still fairly early days for me so the pounds are coming off OK, but I eventually there'll be a plateau and that's when the daily weighing kills your motivation.
    But how to stop??
