One week in...

Hi glad its going well for you ! :) I really need to stop weighing myself so much . But I just cant seem to resist the temptation !
S: 18st8lb C: 17st4lb G: 12st0lb BMI: 35.7 Loss: 1st4lb(6.92%)
It's really hard to stop weighing every day when you've got into the habit. Still fairly early days for me so the pounds are coming off OK, but I eventually there'll be a plateau and that's when the daily weighing kills your motivation.
But how to stop??
