Take it in, bottle it, embrace it and keep it alive: t will help you get through the harder days if you can keep that postive feeling close to hand :)

Well Done Hayley! :)

You are a week in front of me, I started yesterday so my first weigh-in is Monday.

We are about the same height and weight and at roughly the same stage, it would be good to know how you got on with the first week?

I found Day 1 not too bad, and I am feeling ok so far on Day 2, I definately seem to prefer soups or hot drinks to cold ones.

Hi - glad to hear your first few days are going well. I struggled to be honest in my first week - I had real ups and downs and although I honestly didn't feel hungry felt grumpy because I couldn't eat! I stuck with it (with support on here!) though and am very pleased, I feel much more positive for the week ahead now I've had my first weigh in.

It's funny how everyone is different - i really don't like the soups, can just about manage the mushroom one, but love the vanilla and choc shakes. The vanilla one with coffee and loads of ice all whizzed in a blender is lovely! I've also been given bars this week, had the peanut one for lunch and was really nice - good to chew something! good luck for the week and keep us posted with your first weigh in x x x

hayley, iv msged u on the october post, but will say again, WELL DONE!!!! Pete is so right in his advice, it is this feeling u have now which really helps during the hard times aswel as the support of everyone on here, its invaluable!!!!!!

Well done on getting through the first week. Enjoy the moment and take hold of the motivation with both hands. You're in ketosis now - make sure you stay there and you'll reap the rewards every weigh in. xx
