finally im learning if i can do the diet as good il be flying it so new week new start ,the leader new wll i must have broke it so no more cheating for me anymore.

my advice...drink loads of water! did you not get a book telling you what to eat and what to avoid?

ya got a book you would not believe how fussy of an eater i am, dont like salads nothing like that my closest thing to a salad is slice of ham slice of turkey and a egg nothing else like mince and skeak and chicken maybe with a few onions and carrots thats all that i will be on for the next few weeks but dont mind cause i like this food
