Day 4 and I'm in ketosis! Bought some ketostix so i know i definately am did a test this morning! ? Happy days! ? I'm surprised because I've felt no tiredness but that might be because I've not had time to feel anything lol had my 14 month old grandson all weekend he's kept my mind off everything the little monster! So much for a restful weekend! X
