Oooops

    So I have been on a planned night out and ended up having a steak with green salad and three vodkas with coke zero.........is this going to set me back loads????

    Tomorrow I am straight back on SS and going to drink a minimum of 4 litres of water to help flush it all through.
    The bizarre thing was I didn't really enjoy the food after a few mouthfuls :confused: and I was really pleased as I asked for dressing not to be served and ensured that I didn't touch any chips that came with my dish. A first for me :)

    First of all well done on damage limitation,who knows what will happen, all i know is it certainly wont set you back loads if you get straight back to plan.The damage seems to happen when you continue slightly off plan before you know it youre back eating more and more things you shouldnt.Dont worry about it and dont weigh yourself. I have gained 5lbs before from eating one slice of toast,it is because the glycogen stores fill straight back up with water there is no way from 1 slice of toast i would put on 5lbs in fat.So stay away from those scales and dont worry xx
