Blue Stilton?

I've just made Broccoli and Stilton soup for me and OH for lunch (it was gooooorgeous ) and i weighed out two lots of Stilton weighing 28g each bit and popped that in.

BUT when i look at my book for something else i notice Stilton isn't on the list of HE's!

I've done SW before and always counted Stilton as a HE....

Ha i'm being sooooo good and had planned to have Stilton tomorrow aswell either on my homemade burgers or make another soup....
