Have really let myself down. Went away for a night and just went mad! Drank cider ate chips, big fry with toast this morning French roll for lunch! Why the hell do I keep doing this
I think we all have slip ups from time to time, after all we are only human!
The main thing is to get back on this woe (I refuse to say diet! ) as soon as you can and put the rest behind you.
