Hi, i have just made my first batch of oopsie rolls, im wondering, as i have lots
Of batter left over, can it be kept in the fridge or will it go weird??

Sorry never made them, but really fancy ago

I didnt need to put it in the fridge in the end....i made a second batch! They are quite nice, a bit eggy, but i expect they would be nice once cooled...i could maybe grill some for toast...would be nice with a big juicy burger and some cheese....

Only problem is, i used a muffin tray, and mine came out looking like muffins, but really skinny on the bottom...they dont have much of a base....any suggestions on what else i could use?

Cream cheese egg mix, bread substitute....not tried them myself

I just dolloped some on baking parchment - they did spread quite a bit :)

Thanks, i shall try that next time! :)

I used pattie tins for mine they were perfect for burgers, and another time loaf tins then they come out shaped like bread. I've photos on the menu page somewhere. Oh I also used a large cake tin and cut them into wedge shapes lol.
