Oops! A superfree mistake...

I have a minor problem!

To cut a rather boring story short, due to a cooking mishap I had a meal without 1/3 super free.

Has anybody else done this and is there a way to make up for it? Has it affected your weight loss? I did try to leave one third of my plate empty and had some fruit afterwards. I just don't want one meal to spoil my efforts for the week.

Hi, I often have fruit after as my superfree, especially at lunchtimes and if you look below at my loss you can see it works! Don't worry your body doesn't know it wasn't on your plate at the time lol!
