Ok, so I'm here again having not done SW properly for a year & a half & am ready to pick up where I left off. Luckily I'm only a few pounds heavier than when I finished so I don't have too much ground to make up.
I'm going to do mainly original days as this is what worked for me before. I'm now at 11st 13. I would like to lose 2 stone in total & my mini goal is to be 11st 7 by the end of October.
First day, a little worse for wear but this was my last night out for quite a while so it's only right to make the most of it.
So today's large selection food was:
B - mackerel, an apple
Snack - ham
L - bacon, BNS & leek soup, roll (HEXB) with syn free pâté. Apple
D - soup , syn free pancakes fruits & quark.
Lunch & dinner are all prepared for the next few days so I'm pretty much good to go.
11st 7 here I come!
