Operation Starvation update/ edge of caving in!

Hi!! PLEASE don't give up!! You are so nearly there!!!
Try drinking more water - a glass before you eat each meal might help - they say sometimes if you feel hungry it's actually because you are thirsty. If you like veg keep some raw carrots, cucumber, radish etc ready prepared in the fridge so you can snack whenever you want to without blowing your points.
I reckon that the Discovery Plan is kind of a mix of what was Core and Points - the filling foods are encouraged because they keep you fuller longer and counting points means those of us (me!!) who are rubbish at portion control don't risk overeating like I did when on Core.
I read the Filling Foods bit and I think it is there to allow some freedom when eating out etc..there are set points for certain things that you can have as much of as you like until you are satisfied - like the Core Plan - but you count the points to help you keep track and not overdo it. That's what I took it to mean anyway.
Stick to it - another week or so and you will be there!!
