Ordered my pack

I'm going to do this, i have ordered the pack this morning and i am eager to start.
Have been on weightwatchers for a while now and have lost a stone, then saw LL on an advert however when looking into it couldnt afford it and it was a 50mile round trip on top of that, so was so happy when i found this.
weightwatchers is good however at the moment need a kick up the backside, to easy to pick on WW, hoping with a set meal plan i know that i cant pick at anything well thats the plan
soz going on now

I know what you mean about it being easy to pick on ww as I was the same on sw lol
The good thing about this diet is that a little pick can throw you straight out of ketosis and when you have the struggle of getting back into it again it certainly makes you consider if picking is worth it lol

I'm making the switch from WW aswell - I agree that it's too easy to pick!
