Ordering packs and choice

Ichoices rider say the 28 day pack, and choose 28 of each option, ie shake / meal and bar. Then choose three different shakes, do they just divide the flavours in three or can you specify say 10 vanilla, 10 strawberry and 8 caramel for example?

You can enter text in an information box before you send in the order. In there you can say exactly how many you want of each.
