You may remember two weeks ago Mr L had a car accident. The car is still in the repair shop, we have a claim against us, and I have a very shaken up husband. So far so miserable.
On Tuesday I backed out of a parking space and crunched into a parked car. I have never done this before in ten years of driving. (Thankfully no damage).
Mr L is taking my car to work because his is bent. (I commute by train). On Wednesday some woman pulled out in front of him, he swerved and would have missed her but for the fact she slammed on the brakes and stopped in the middle of the road. My bumper now smashed to bits. NOT Mr L's fault this time, thankfully, and insurance all sorting it out for us but....even so....
