I've had NO IBS until this week which has been busy and stressful, and I've been off-plan for the first time in months. My shoe size is still the same but I have very wide feet, and I've been noticing I can get my "Hobbit" feet into less wide shoes than previously!

My skin is dryer, unfortunately my greasy hair is still gross, but hey!

The weirdest thing I've noticed is that I need a pillow between my knees at night now because they're too bony on their own!
