Hi everyone, I've just gotten a tub of the sunshine orange water flavouring, and I've also just started on my 810 week between 12 week periods of SS.
I bought some 0% fat greek yoghurt to eat instead of the skimmed milk allowance on some days, and the yoghurt was sitting on my counter next to the orange and the summer berries water flavourings.
Now this might well be disgusting, but I was thinking, should I try a tiny bit of the flavouring in my yoghurt? It's either going to be fab or foul but I can't tell which
What do you think? Should I try it?
