I got into bed about an hour ago and can't rest or sleep cuz my bloody legs are cramping so bad. I didnt do like a huge amount of walking or anything today... But my legs are killing me. Is this a side effect?? Is it dangerous? What makes it stop?? :( i drank all my water today... Hope it's nothing serious it's a bit scary. Ouchies!!!!

If you still have cramps in your legs take a teaspoon of salt. It will help.

It's ok if the cramps are persistent. The cramps may be due to a loss of salts. You should be ok without it. Just keep taking all your shakes and drinking the recommended amount of water.
