Out for lunch!

I am going out for lunch and shopping tomorrow, thinking KFC. Anyone tell me whats not too bad points wise. I haven't really touched much food other than what i've made and have been shocked to read that Macdonald's and KFC mostly work out better than places like Weatherspoons.

yes what did you have...my takeaway treat is normally a box of 9 nuggets from mcdon's or a chicken kebab!

Ended up having a mcchicken sandwich meal, It wasn't bad it was funny having to remind myself not to feel guilty for having one, lol.

I know!! thats the funny thing about ww. I'm having a dominos pizza tonight and find it soooo odd to know ill eat it but still loose weight! not complaining though!! he he!!
