    Hi Should i dispose of out of date products the expired on the 25th May?

    Personally I wouldn't. I would just consume them asap. I had a batch of shakes which ran out of date in February 2010 so I lived off them for about 4 days. I am sure a CDC will tell you otherwise becasue of the loss of proteins, minerals etc. and some have experience a horrible taste when having out of date stuff, but I can't afford to waste £2 a packet unfortuantely :)

    I agree, it's probably very wrong but I would use them.

    If they taste okay then I'd probably use them with new products, eg 2 out of date and 2 new if you are on 4 a day - that way the new products will be packed with vits etc. I think that they go a bit rancid if they are too out of date - not sure I'd try an out of date tetra though.

    No, don't think I'd risk a tetra either, just powder products.
