The first day went very well...accept for the fact that before shopping arrived, I had no sweetners and having sugar in my coffee notched up 7.5 sins :cry:. I had a small fresh fuit salad with mullerlight for breakfast (0 sins) and a Jacket Potatoe with baked beans and 28g cheese (0 sins as cheese was a healthy extra) and for tea we had Spaghetti Bolognaise which took my sins up by a quarter of a sin :) so all in all...less than 8 sins...a good healthy day!! Of course I'd used all 4 healthy options on milk, cheese and mince! And I only snacked on fruit!
